What to do when you’ve seen pan erasure?

I was on TikTok and this person basically crapper on pansexuals. I literally just had a small crisis and got so sad, like I know I shouldn’t let such minuscule things get to me but it’s hard when it’s everywhere. I dunno, maybe some cute cat gifs would help :/
