(Advice request) Organising meetings during the pandemic; how can non-technical comrades participate in remote meetings?

Comrades,I've got a contradiction to reconcile. Since the COVID-19 pandemic in the UK we've been unable to have in-person Party meetings and we've moved online. In our branch this has been good in a lot of ways: we're bringing in comrades from other districts as well as people who were unable to attend the in-person meetings historically due to travel. Contrary to this, there are some members of our branch who've been sadly excluded because they're not comfortable with the tech and don't own computer equipment such as laptops or smartphones etc. They're dedicated, mostly older, communists and their inputs are consistently valuable. They've expressed their frustration at not being able to participate and while they're not about to up-and-leave the Party I feel we're missing their presence and obviously the more involvement the better. "After" the pandemic this would also be useful the other way around. As in-person meetings start again there'd be exclusion of those unable to travel due to geography / logisticsDoes anyone have any experience in running a Party or organising with a "mixed" approach to in-person and remote? With comrades who are either mostly-digital or hardly-digital? How should we reach out to members who cannot participate in meetings at the moment? Ideally experiences at branch or local level; the Party is already organised into districts etc which communicate. Any lessons to share? All input appreciated! via /r/communism https://ift.tt/3prOa2I
