Hello, traditionally a major priority for any socialist society is protecting and upholding (higher) education as a right available for everyone, or all the citizens. This is in contrast to capitalist countries where tuition fees make (higher) education only available to the capitalist classes. The internet is flooded with critiques of the largest capitalist country in this respect, but it was hard for me to find specifics regarding this for China's education system.
