(Advice request) Organising meetings during the pandemic; how can non-technical comrades participate in remote meetings?

Comrades,I've got a contradiction to reconcile. Since the COVID-19 pandemic in the UK we've been unable to have in-person Party meetings and we've moved online. In our branch this has been good in a lot of ways: we're bringing in comrades from other districts as well as people who were unable to attend the in-person meetings historically due to travel. Contrary to this, there are some members of our branch who've been sadly excluded because they're not comfortable with the tech and don't own computer equipment such as laptops or smartphones etc. They're dedicated, mostly older, communists and their inputs are consistently valuable. They've expressed their frustration at not being able to participate and while they're not about to up-and-leave the Party I feel we're missing their presence and obviously the more involvement the better. "After" the pandemic this would also be useful the other way around. As in-person meetings start again there'd be exclusion of those unable to travel due to geography / logisticsDoes anyone have any experience in running a Party or organising with a "mixed" approach to in-person and remote? With comrades who are either mostly-digital or hardly-digital? How should we reach out to members who cannot participate in meetings at the moment? I would like to discuss and especially hear your opinions on the matter , and especially from Marxist savvy people , like for example u/smokeuptheweed9.Many times I would find myself , while watching some right wing videos for the algorithm to kick in and recommend more such videos and more and more I delve into it I realize the obvious that in the comments section it is just right wingers agreeing with each other and on occasions I can stumble upon a comrade of mine in there doing some praxis, the same happens on the left and you can meet some rightwingers in there as well.So it is evident that we are segregated into different camps due to online algorithms targeting different people.I always think of quality over quantity , small things make huge changes , thus is it worth to go in there and start debating , discussing and educating those people , not all of them are outright fascist some are just lost and ignorant and they turn to the right due to difficult life in capitalism and we could help them find the path by educating them thus making them a part of class conscious proles.Just take a look at this piece of garbage for example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SIzApqzlP3Q&bpctr=1605178864&ab_channel=TheHistoryRoom this piece of obvious propaganda trash has to be dismantled to planck size...Some would consider that brigading but I would consider it more of a breaking out of the cocoon and do praxis on the internet as well , just like in real world.Waiting for your feedback. via /r/communism https://ift.tt/3neWBMQ
