In a communist society, how would law be enforced and how would commodities be distributed?

I’m a communist, I think. I want to abolish private property, have the state own the means of production, making it help the everyone, not just the few, and I want wealth redistribution. However, I take issue with some of Marx’s ideas about the ‘end goal’ of communism. I’m writing this so that people can question and dismantle my views, basically I want you to change my opinion on this.Critiques:How will law be enforced? So if someone breaks into a house who will arrest them without a state? Won’t mobs just take over or a foreign state invade? And I take issue with the ‘people won’t do that in a communist society’ because even if they ‘adapt’ people are still born with mental issues and a drive to cause harm.What about commodities, Rolexes, Lamborghinis, everything that is nice and we enjoy? If you get it for free, won’t people just take advantage of this? People who don’t work can just ask for a Rolex and get it?
