So I don’t really have anything wrong with communism and it’s agreed that the top 1% own way too much, but can we get things straight that Stalin was a terrible person. He murdered millions of innocent people and was a horrible dictator. A famous composer, Dmitri Shostakovich said he was literally pale during the time when Stalin was watching his opera, because at times he’d laugh when it was a serious moment, and he knew that Stalin could get him executed if he ended up not liking it or it came off as against the soviets. How about you ask actually Russians living during the time of the Soviet Union and they’ll agree. He was a dictator, who would have people tortured and executed for doing anything that would not align with his beliefs. Lenin himself said whatever they did not to put him in power.
