There was a time after the opium wars and the colonization of china that many Chinese struggled with horrible addiction from the opium forced on them. That scourge was largely banished to the books after the revolution through years of effort.I’m interested in reading the methods, strategies, successes and failures of China’s elimination of its opium crises.
