recommendations for literature that’s fairly easy to read?

Hi,I’ve been trying to read leftist theory lately but I am not highly educated and my reading comprehension skills aren’t so good. Do you have any recommendations for fairly-easy-to-read communist literature?For context, I’ve tried to read The Origin of the Family, Private Property and the State recently, but couldnt get through it.
