You know how with the Bible there are old translations with archaic words and use thees and thous. Well now there are modern bible translations that have gotten rid off the thees and thous and gotten rid off the archaic english. Why don't people do this with other classical works like with Karl Marx or Adam Smith? It's not that their ideas are hard to understand it's just that the words used and the style it is written in is confusing. Reading Das Kapital is like listening to Jordan Peterson like I get that he's speaking in english but I need a sparknotes cause I totally didn't comprehend what he was talking about. via /r/communism https://ift.tt/2UmIGco
