Why didn't the revolution spread to the west?

During the 20's to the 60's, The west had multiple imperialist wars,genocide and massive racial and wealth inequality? Why didn't the working class rise up? How could anyone not rise up in those conditions? via /r/communism https://ift.tt/2v6Kn30
