Would Yugoslavia be considered a non-Marxist Socialist country?

Well, the title says it all. I've heard alot of people say that Yugoslavia was a good example of non Marxist Socialism. Would this be accurate? I don't know much about Tito, was he a Marxist? via /r/communism https://ift.tt/3jgIyoQ
