If I am pan, would it mean that I can like people for who they are and for their body or would their personality determine my physical attraction to them?

I'm 15M attracted to girls and like boobies etc. However, for some reason there's this guys I can't get out of my head for some reason. He's gay or bi or something but I know he's interested in men and wears makeup. He also has a "gay voice" (sorry if that's a bad thing to say).

I've also realised that my attraction to women os much stronger than my attraction to men but sometimes I look at a man and think WOW I want him.

All I want is an answer because my sexuality has been a big question for me for a while. Thanks in advance. Also sorry in advance if ive assumed something or done something wrong.
