Under martial law would being communist/leftist pose as a threat to anyone?

Civil rights are suspended under martial law so would that mean people of different religions or opposing ideologies and political stances would be at risk of being arrested if martial law were enacted? via /r/communism https://ift.tt/33SdtR6
