Can we survive 4 more years of Trump?

Greetings comrades, as the title implies, I'm somewhat worried about the next few years. Seeing as Biden is almost definitely going to be obliterated in November, Trump is probably going to be in office for just a little while longer. In the last 4 years, we've seen him shred the already meager climate protections the U.S. has in place, slash social programs, place children in concentration camps, and do everything in his power to reduce the rights of minorities in general. We have also seen that the alt-right is growing bolder and bolder, and white supremacy is slowly being normalized. Worse still, there seems to be a new red scare coming, what with the blatant Slavophobia and Sinophobia (despite the the fact that Russia hasn't been socialist for nearly 30 years now), meaning people like ourselves who support socialist countries may start to be targeted more.On the other hand, the Trump administration has also shown many Americans (mostly young people) how much of a sham electoralism is and also just how evil the American empire really is, with many people being radicalized.Overall, this is going to be a very interesting (and maybe scary) next few years.Thoughts? via /r/communism https://ift.tt/2AcrBK2
