Departure From Anarchism

I have departed from Anarchism and I consider myself a Marxist. This began with a realization that the state is just a set of tools used by one class to repress the other classes and enforce their will.Any society transitioning to communism through revolution will inherently need a state in order for the workers to enforce their will, which is to create a communist society. All revolutions are authoritarian by nature.Where I disagree with some marxists is to the degree that industry should be centralized. In my opinion, industry should mostly be directly owned and managed by the workers themselves instead of by the state, although the degree of state ownership will depend on the material conditions of wherever socialism develops.What kind of marxist am I? via /r/communism https://ift.tt/2LLlrmF
