What do the pansexual flag colors mean? Why isn't pink on the bottom and blue on the top? Is the yellow water sports?

I mean, women, trans women, tend more to be the submissive bottoms and men, trans men more the dominant tops; so shouldn't those two be reversed?

Maybe the colors have no meaning. If they do, I don't know then.
