Would I be considered a pansexual if I’d be able to have a romantic relationship with anyone, but not a sexual relationship?

I ask because I’m really not sure of my orientation, at usually I feel like I’m bi or pansexual and I rarely feel straight. This is because I would have a romantic relationship probably with anyone, but probably only a sexual relationship with women. What do y’all’s think, would I be a pansexual if I could have a romantic relationship with anyone, but a sexual relationship only with one gender? Or am I in a transitioning stage?
