A CALL TO ALL AMERICAN MARXISTS-LENINISTS(mods, if this doesn’t belong here, let me know and I’ll remove)Firstly, I’d like to express solidarity with all of my comrades upon whom this pandemic has brought a great deal of suffering. The ineptitude of our shitty proto-fascist government has really fucked this up for all of us, and, unfortunately, I can only see this getting worse.However, we cannot deny what an unbelievable opportunity this is presenting to us. COVID-19 is stripping away the rotting siding and revealing all of American capitalism’s horrific flaws and contradictions in full. I’ve already seen a huge influx in pro-PRC dialogue, even in lib circles, and a general explosion in disdain for the capitalist and landlord classes.We are living in wild times. AOC is larping as a Kropotkinite anarchist, softcore leftist Youtubers are threatening billionaires, the right is attempting to co-opt social democracy, etc, etc.We must take advantage of this rapidly-growing consciousness as an organized force. While we have a the PSL to rally behind, I would like to establish a anonymous coalition or network of MLs to act as advisors and organizers during this crisis.I would like to share ideas and develop materials or strategies that would help us right now. If this already exists, I would love to help promote it. I’m not concerned with level of experience or current memberships; I think we should be able to communicate as one and aid one another during this crisis.Here are some areas I think we can help with:•Formulate a digestible and straightforward agenda or manifesto of policies that will resonate with the general public, specific to American political and material conditions.•Establish guides or resources for various scenarios, like prepping or organizing cells.•P R O P A G A N D APlease, tell me what you think. As I mentioned, I would like this to be as anonymous as possible, to keep all of us safe.
