What happened to Revolution?

What has happened to the desire to create a new way of life, of leaving the current corrupt and unsustainable one behind? What do we have to lose by revolting and starting anew? We have relative comfort, adequate food, and endless entertainment, but that is not what life is about, it is about belonging to a true community where everyone is equal. For so long people have advocated for creating change within the current system, but how has that worked out? We live on a dying world, a world that is not worth living in, not because life in itself is bad, but because the system has created a terrible life.It is not a coincidence that our social bonds are deteriorating, that we live alone, that most social contact has become meaningless and superfluous. The system supports separation and loneliness. The system prevents organization and seeds of rebellion. I see no hope for the world unless there is a full scale revolution, a revolution that brings about real change. via /r/communism https://ift.tt/3eJgzMb
