Hello,In a PURELY HYPOTHETICAL argument, say the state has been overthrown through individual means and/or collective government action.Has anyone created a proposal for the allocation and gathering of individuals in the USA land mass, or at least offers a solution on how our psuedo-nation would interact at a global scale?
