On December 4, the Washington-based Think Tank the Wilson Center will sponsor a forum on “The Strategy Behind Political Repression in Venezuela.” At a time when deadly political repression is being used against anti-neoliberal protests in Chile, Ecuador, Bolivia (under the current overtly racist regime), Colombia, Honduras and Haiti, the Wilson Center is centering its concerns on Venezuela.
