Division between Manual and Mental Labour?

So, the advent of communism also means the end of social divisions of labour, such as the division between manual and mental labour. What are some ideas as how to materialize this? Like I can imagine the loss of most other divisions of labour but its really hard to imagine this one. So whatr your ideas, hypotheses, theories? Afaik no socialist country has even attempted to begin to overcome this division.The most I can come up with is where every producer would also be an expert/manager. That is that since practically everyone would be in manual labour, the workload combined with modern technology, would be so light for every individual that it would leave adequate time for everyone or most workers to also equally participate in management and other mental labour.
