Thoughts on the possibility of a Communist Revival this decade?

With the global neo-liberal order crumbling unable to handle its contradictions, is there hope of a communist revival from the ruins of neo-liberialism in the imperial cores? With Trade union organisations crushed and decades of cultural capitalist hegonomy, are we going to see a turn right towards fascism this decade to stabilise capitalism?As someone living in one of the imperial cores, the lack of both class consciousness and a vanguard party makes me very discouraged with the future of not only the working class in the country I live in but also those in neighbouring imperial nations. Im certain a lot of you comrades are experiencing the same sense of anxiety as well. Comparing the revolutionary spirit of the working class of the early 20th century and what we see today is very discouraging.
