30 years since the coup d'état in Romania that overthrew Ceaușescu

We all know what happened in most of Eastern Europe during 1989, capitalist infiltration, imperialist agitation and economic warfare. Well that's precisely what happened to my country. I'm of course not saying that Ceaușescu government didn't make any mistakes, for a matter of fact its refusal to end austerity measures that year was one of the main factors which contributed to the civil unrest.Additionally the "revolutionnary leaders" pretended to be socialists, they said that it wasn't a revolution against socialism but against the folly of Ceaușescu, and this message caught on because of how much the people liked socialism and disliked austerity. What are your thoughts? via /r/communism https://ift.tt/36XR9pw
