If your parents sometimes look through your phones (My parents hardly ever check they just want to make sure im not looking at P*rn) then this method may work.
So go on discord or something and say that your pan or whatever sexuality you are. Then leave your phone out and once they check it, they may see it. My parents found out by accident because I forgot to delete the message.
Or if they dont go through your phone then write something on paper or whatever and leave it out. This may help others who want to come out but don't want to say it out loud.
