Anti-China and more broadly anti-communist regimes rhetoric argued based on labor camps is flawed.

If a person is arguing that communist regimes are oppressive and use the examples of labor camps to make their point then they're making an abolitionist argument and not an anti-communist one. Many detainees in prisons in 'democratic' capitalist states are also innocent, also subject to forced labor and violence.
