Guys, I’m not a communist and this post will get taken down but just hear me out

I have found two major flaws in communism that can only be fixed with authoritarianism. 1. If communism is moneyless and stateless where everyone works for each other, that means everyone has to work, but the problem is that there will be freeloaders that won’t do any work and because there is no state or money they won’t be punished for not doing any work. This is a flaw on it’s own but if other people see the freeloaders just hanging out and not doing anything with what may seem like no consequences, they might join in the freeloading, thus bringing the society down. This can only be solved by authoritarianism if there is no money. 2. If there is no state, that means political discourse will be rampant and there will be constant fights for power, thus leading to eventually a corrupt ruler coming to power.
