Das Kapital - Levitsky version published by Gateway?

I started reading Das Kapital, the version stated above, only to realize its shortened dramatically by Levitsky who opens with a Neoliberal introduction claiming Marx's theory to be obsolete.I'm tempted to bin the book. How can I trust a Neoliberal editor in shortening the book to its essential points? But I'm also daunted to swap out the 356page version for a 1152page penguin edition version.Has anybody read this version and have any comments, know if it is worth reading, and know what parts are excluded from the book and why? via /r/communism https://ift.tt/319OGZa
