I'm not sure if I should disturb this sub by publishing this, however I believe this is the only place where I can find some honest words to maybe help my situation.I feel like capitalism has defeated us for good. People have an overly biased, wrongful idea of what marxism is. I don't see how is it possible for us to turn that around. How are we going to explain to every single soul everything they need to know about marxism and communism while they refuse to listen in such violent manner?I know it's commonplace for everyone in the left wing to be at some point hopeless about revolution and its arrival, the problem is: every single person that I know and has been there has either sooner or later turned to a softer left (think Dems in the USA, for reference), which in my country usually resort to justifying everyday capitalist atrocities in their own parties' administrations under bullshit excuses like the "lesser evil" theory.Capitalism through marketing is finding its way around sexism and religion which were great evils that pushed the vibrant youth to our side. And don't get me wrong, I'm glad people are, one way or another, running away from these medieval cultures that can only do harm, especially to the working class. But now, people are less enthusiastic about turning the whole god damn system around.I used to be brave against bourgeoisie repressive powers like the police, now I'm scared to death. I've seen their true power. They can turn to a fucking death machine in the blink of an eye if big boss feels like it.Our movement is loitered with fakers and bullshit who wouldn't sit and read a book if their fucking lives depended on it, they're so functional to capitalism it's disgusting to watch.I feel just like fucking incels towards sex and love. The game is rigged beyond fix, I can't unswallow the blackpill, and I feel like the only thing to do is to lie down and rot.Edit: spelling. via /r/communism https://ift.tt/3l5pgUu
