I'm new to all this so I'm looking for something with anti-inflammatory properties. I'm wanting to try CBD oil from everything I've heard about it and hopefully not just another snake oil. I heard full spectrum works best? There are so many different kinds on Amazon and different MG levels and not sure if higher means better. Anyone that can just recommend different ones would be great.
