I was talking to my counselor about how I used CBD for about a week and noticed it helped me with how easily irritated I get when I’m in a depressive state. He told me that he heard about CBD as well and read articles about how your body become more tolerable to CBD similar to building a tolerance to weed, thus he recommended that I use the 50 mg setraline pills that were prescribed by a general doctor. I’m not very good at consistently taking the pills but my counselor said the CBD works in the short term, while long term, pills are better.
Does CBD really become ineffective after a while of using it?
