How do you feel about Garry Kasparov not supporting the Soviet Union

I thought it was interesting how the best chess player in the world came from it and I was disappointed to find out he had completely negative feelings about it. It’s ironic because in one of his tweets he tells Bernie supporters that’s they should be aware of their “privilege” to talk about how socialism is good granted by capitalism despite the fact he should probably be aware of the fact that he would have likely died in infancy during the Russian empire and by his logic shouldn’t be criticizing it either.
