Tried lazarus naturals capsules for the first time, think I'm high

Took a 10mg full spectrum capsule before work, got to work and damn I'm seriously mellow. I've only tried gummies and oil before in other brands, always 10mg at a time since I'm super sensitive to everything like i cant drink coffee cos a few sip puts me in another dimension. Never felt it this strong before. I mean it's great but not now I'm stuck high at my desk
