Not sure if this is the right reddit to post this but I need some help, I’m new to cbd and I just bought some legal oil (I live in Canada) with 18.9ml of cbd with 0.6ml of thc. It came with a syringe that goes from 1-10ml. How much should I take? I’m using cbd for insomnia and pain.
